NOW you can write your local languages by Google Indic keyboard.It is available on Google playstore .There are Indian 12 regional language including English . The supported local languages in Google Indic keyboard are

1.Bengali
2.Asamees
3.Gujrati
4.Hindi
5.Kannada
6.Malayalam
7.Marathi
8.Odia
9.Punjabi
10.Tamil
11.Telegu



You can write any of these languages with English also.
If you want to download this apps you have to go to Google playstore and write "Google Indic keyboard" on the search bar.
